From the Collection:
Located in La Mesilla, New Mexico, under the proprietorship of John H. Davis, the hotelonce was the property of mine developer, politician, and diplomat Joseph F. Bennett. Theregister recorded dates, guest names and addresses, with notes about meals taken and animalsquartered. Included are names of many individuals prominent in territorial New Mexico.
