Scope and Content

From the Collection:

Collection consists of photos of Waldo H. Rogers, an attorney and Federal Judge, his family and friends. Includes a print of Rogers at swearing-in ceremony, numerous early photographs (most unidentified), and an early family album. Also includes several photos of Mayor Clyde Tingley and others in a parade for the First American Pageant, an annual tourist event in Albuquerque from 1928 to 1933. Of note is an especially good image of a horse and carriage.

Photographs were taken by the Furlong Studio, Brown-Byers Studio in Denver and Elsie B. Montgomery, House of Photography.
