This collection of religious music and interviews was taped in 1950 by Richard Stark in Santa Fe, N.M. All of the singing is in Spanish. The interviews are in English and Spanish. The collection contains alabados, canticos, Los Pastores, and prayers for the deceased.

Richard Stark was born in Tecolote, N.M. He is the author of several books, such as Music of the Bailes in New Mexico, Music of the Spanish Folk Plays in New Mexico, and Juegos Infantiles Cantados en Nuevo México.
